Body work
I work with clients utilizing either full hands-on Massage or lighter touch pin point Energetic work. Both methods are effective for different things. We can do both in a session or whichever you are wanting more at that moment.
Herbal work
I am a tea maker! I love blending and drinking teas and the time it gives you to just be with yourself. I also make tinctures, because sometimes that is an easier way of ingesting natural benefits and what is needed for that moment in time.
